By using Posthydra(the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
What the Service does
Posthydralets you upload finished video content and publish or schedule it to social platforms you connect, via those platforms’ official APIs, through our web app or our MCP.
Your responsibilities
- You own, or have all rights to, the content you upload and publish.
- You comply with the terms and community guidelines of each platform you post to.
- You keep your account secure and are responsible for activity under it.
- You won’t use the Service for spam, abuse, or anything unlawful.
Reliability & platform dependence
We work hard to publish your content faithfully and at full quality, and to verify each post went live. But we depend on third-party platforms: they transcode uploads, set their own rules, and can delay, reject, or remove content, and can change or revoke API access. We aren’t responsible for platform-side outcomes, including reach, moderation decisions, or takedowns.
Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and priced by the number of connected accounts. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Details and current pricing are shown at checkout.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
